What’s the next step after completing my purchase?

Harry will reach out to you within one business day. You will be asked to complete a pre-session form. You will book in your PT session.

Do you offer refunds?

There will be no refunds or transfer to a different service. No exceptions.

Where will the PT session take place?

PT will take place in a private PT studio in Newport Essex, or Snap Fitness Bishop’s Stortford. You will be able to specify your preference on the consultation call.

Can I pay monthly for PT?

Yes, but only after the initial 8 session period. I’ve found that clients always get better results when pre-paying for a specific block of time. It creates a deadline and massively boosts the accountability.
